Active Movers = Active Learners
Creative Movement and Somatic Education Programs
Preschool, Primary, and Elementary School Children
Little people are kinesthetic learners. Information is processed and retained best through a hands-on approach. It is important for little people to feel at home in their bodies, and learn the limits and potentials of their bodily architecture. Giving young learners space and time to explore concepts creatively and collectively becomes foundational for critical thinking, conscious relating, and individual expression. When we move, we learn who we are and how we relate to the world around us.

Body Organization
